What cities is Eden Village of Arizona in?
Arizona’s first Eden Village is located at 109 N. Alma School Rd. Mesa, Arizona. We are seeking land in other areas of the Phoenix Metro Valley for our second location.
How do you qualify to live in an Eden Village?
To qualify to become a resident at Eden Village, you must meet 3 major requirements:
1. You must be chronically homeless as defined by HUD.
2. You must have a recognized disability.
3. You must have an income (minimum income of $500 per month and maximum of $1950 per month)
If you meet all the requirements, you can submit an application to be reviewed by our selection panel.
Does it cost to live in an Eden Village?
Rent is $400 per month plus an optional $35 per month for internet. Government vouchers, rent subsidies, and sponsorships are not accepted. Residents must pay the monthly rent from their verified income.
When will Eden Village of Arizona start accepting resident applications?
